Mr. Ray Puckett, Jr.'s Obituary
Wallace Ray Puckett, Jr. was born on March 7, 1951 and passed away on April 2, 2016 in Mesquite, TX. Ray is preceded in death by parents, Emma Shipley and Wallace Ray Puckett Sr.; and daughter Shannon Brook Puckett. Ray is survived by his daughter, Sheila Peacock and husband Dave; grandsons David Kameron Peacock and Darrell Ray Peacock; brother James Bishop; nephew Tony Bishop; and several cousins. Ray was a loving father and grandfather who loved playing the guitar and singing. He was a Vietnam Veteran and proudly served from 1968-1971. During his free time, Ray was an avid fisherman, as well as a Ford Shelby enthusiast. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 8, 2016 at 7:00 PM in The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
