Ray Scott Martin's Obituary
Was born on Feb. 21, 1929 and lost his fight with pneumonia on Dec. 31, 2010. He is survived by wife Judith Blaha Martin, daughter Kathleen Martin, sister Francis Martin Purswell, grandson Kaden Martin, stepchildren Angela Wilden, Tony Anderson, Haley Johnston, grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents William and Etta Martin of Chickasha, Oklahoma. Ray was a Board Certified Safety Professional with Trans-America Insurance for 43 years. He was a volunteer for Methodist Hospital. He was a member of United Disciples Christian Church of Richardson for 28 years. Visitation will be from 6 to 8PM on Mon., Jan. 3rd at Restland. Service at 1PM on Tue., Jan. 4th at United Disciple Christian Church, 601 E. Main, Richardson,Texas. Ray was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
