Raymond C. Patterson's Obituary
Raymond Clifton Patterson, 94 of Sherman, Texas was born May 13, 1929 in Edom, Texas to Florence Stringer and Robert William Patterson, and passed away on February 26, 2024.
He is remembered by his distinguished appearance, professional disposition, and social charm. After graduating High School, he joined the US Army and received a Purple Heart from the Korean War. He Graduated from the University of Texas with a Business Degree in 1959. Some of his most treasured memories were spent in Austin at the Texas Longhorn games, cheering them on. He spent most of his professional life as a Regional Pharmaceutical Sales Account Manager, receiving the top sales award multiple years. He was dedicated to his faith, it inspired him to live a great, full life that was full of love that he shared with his family, friends and caretakers.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Florence Patterson; Brothers: Robert Harold Patterson and Richard Larry Patterson; Wives: Mary Belle Patterson, Barbara Elaine Patterson, Daughters: Cinda Fogarty and Dana O’Connor, Granddaughter Stephanie Michelle Harrison.
He is survived by his daughters: Jill Hearle, Barbara Mitchell, Patti Dale, Diana Lang and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Military Honor and Family Remembrance Service will be held on March 18, 2024 @ 2 p.m. at Restland Cemetery in Dallas Texas.
