Reba Pearl Harris' Obituary
Reba Pearl Harris was born on May 20, 1932 in Anna, Texas to John Edward O’Neal and Alma Fay O’Neal. Surrounded by her family, she passed away peacefully on the family farm in Bartley Woods on February 1, 2015. The service for Reba Harris will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 3:00 PM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Reba married her high school sweetheart on November 16, 1950, beginning a journey together that would span over six decades. After successful careers in the city, the two “retired” to their farm in the county where they built their dream home. She enjoyed gardening, working in the flower beds and caring for all her animals. Reba is survived by her husband of 64 years, Howard of the home; brother, John W. O’Neal of Richardson, TX; daughter, Kathy Keating and husband, John of Dallas, TX; daughter, Karren Crunk and husband, Bill of Ladonia, TX; granddaughter, Melanie Biggers and husband, Bart of Highland Park, TX; granddaughter, April Prevost and husband, Patrick of Grapevine, TX; grandson, Casey Keating and wife, Julie of Dallas, TX; grandson, Wesley Crunk and wife, Jennifer of Ladonia, TX and three great-grandchildren, Brooks and Banks Biggers, and Lila Crunk. Pallbearers will be: Casey Keating, Wesley Crunk, Bart Biggers, Patrick Prevost, Mark Harris, and David Harris. Honorary Pallbearers include: John Oneal, Ken Epley, Glen Bailey, Gene Peoples, and Glen Grisham. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
