Regina Carol Hoffman's Obituary
Regina Carol Hoffman , age 91 of Richardson Texas was born on October 15,1932 in Waco, Texas to JB Garrett & Bessie Thompson. She passed away peacefully on March 16, 2024 in New Braunfels, Texas.
She was married to Orville Hoffman on April 5, 1954 in San Diego, California. She loved children and taught preschool at First United Methodist Church Richardson and was a member of the church for many years. And an active member of Richardson Women’s Club.
Preceded in death- Husband-Orville Hoffman, Father-JB Garrett, Mother- Bessie Smith, Sister- Mary Jo Bolfing, & niece-Susan Blount.
Survived by- Daughter- Claire Scott & husband Bill, & son- Carl Hoffman. Grandchildren- Meredith Nass, Taylor Pexa, Travis Hoffman and Spouse Jessica Hoffman, & Tyler Hoffman. Great grandchildren- Hayden Szary, Mason Jawalka, & Carter Pexa. Nephews- Brad Streit, Paul Hoffman & niece - Peggy Brown & many other great nieces and nephews.
The family is so very grateful for the very special people that loved and cared for her and we will never forget you.
A graveside service will be held at Restland Memorial Park-March 27,@9:30 am Followed by a Memorial Service at First United Methodist Church Richardson @ 11 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of her to the Alzheimer’s Association.
