Renate Christa Lincoln's Obituary
Renate Christa Lincoln, 87, of Garland, Texas passed away peacefully on September 29, 2021 at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, Texas. She was born in Schleiz, Germany.
She met and married Oscar Lincoln on December 18, 1959 in Stuttgart, Germany and they later lived in Junction City, Kansas, where they raised their six children before moving to Texas.
Renate's talents were many, she had a very industrious personality and enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and attending garage sales. She never allowed an opportunity to help someone pass her by. She was very empathetic to others' needs.
Renate was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Lincoln and granddaughter, Tiphane. She will be remembered by her sons, Bernard Lincoln (Nicolette), Charles Lincoln (Audray), Harvey Lincoln (Shady), her daughters, Sylvia Lincoln, Cornelia Lincoln, Angie Lincoln-Earlton (Wayne), and 23 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
At this time, Visitation for Mrs. Renate Christa Lincoln will be Friday, October 8, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. A Service will be Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Christ Unveiled Ministries Church 1650 E Miller Rd, Garland, TX 75041.
Immediately following the graveside service, relatives and friends are invited to a remembrance/celebration of life for Renate at Christ Unveiled Church, 1650 East Miller Road Garland, Tx. 75041.
