Rennie touched so many people and made such a profound impact to some people's lives that he probably didn't even realize. I was fortunate enough to be one such person who Rennie hired and took a chance on as a fresh immigrant graduate who was about to go back to his country in a few weeks since there were no jobs at that time. He changed the trajectory of my life, not just with that decision but also the mentorship and guidance he provided me during the 10 years working under him. He kept our team together, through thick and thin and he would find a way to get us through the numerous challenges. Rennie has always been an inspiring, caring and thoughtful leader with unwavering integrity to do the right thing.
We will miss you Rennie but we also know that you are in a better place!!
Jim and I have such great memories with Marcia and Rennie. Weekend family trips, birthday parties for kids, Halloween at mall, tae kwon do tournaments and banquets. Marcia and I sitting in the bleachers cheering on our guys. Rennie was a guy who loved to tease. How you knew he liked you. Great guy who will be greatly missed here on earth. We love you!

I was saddened to hear the passing of Rennie. My thoughts are with the Dickson family. Rennie served with all his heart on the EDC for Oak Point. He was a wonderful, kind, and caring man that wanted the best for his community. He will be missed.
