Rhonda Sue Grubbs' Obituary
Rhonda Sue Grubbs, aged 68, of Mesquite, TX, died peacefully in her sleep at her home on September 10th, 2024.
She was born on August 29th, 1956, in Dallas, TX, to Clifford Sutton and Wynona Murphy. She attended Kimball High School in Dallas, TX. On November 3rd, 1984, she was married to James Gilbert Grubbs.
Rhonda will be remembered for her deep love and devotion to her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed long talks with her loved ones and cooking for the people she loved and cared for. Through the numerous challenges life brought her way, Rhonda was known for her resiliency and determination.
Rhonda is survived by her husband Gilbert and their two sons. Ted Grubbs and Kevin Grubbs, his wife Hailey Grubbs. Grandchildren: Zakariah Grubbs, Andy Grubbs, Lawrence Grubbs, and Rylann Grubbs. She is also survived by her brother Roger Sutton and wife Lisa Sutton, her brother Calvin Cearley and wife Holly Cearley, her brother Clifford Yarborough and wife Becky Yarborough, and her brother Clifford Glenn Sutton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews who she dearly loved.
A memorial service will be announced in the near future.
