ALLEN, RICHARD CHARLES, JR. Born July 22, 1946 in St. Louis, Missouri and passed away July 19, 2011 in Garland, Texas. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Mt. Hebron Missionary Baptist Church, 1233 State Highway 55 in Garland, Texas. Interment to follow at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas.
