Pat & Jim Martin
We were so sad to hear of the loss of Richard. It has been our joy to meet him and know him through the years. As amateur radio operators ourselves, we’ve honored to know him as K5RB and to even have one of his microphones! He has been such a treasure to Gary as a wonderful Father and friend. I know Betty will be missing him and the entire family will miss his tremendous spirit and joyful heart! Jim and I both worked in television and new of his many contributions as a broadcast engineer at Channel 4! So glad Gary and Susan were able to take him to see the Broadcast Museum in East Texas!
