He was born in Dallas, TX to Jerry Blair and Wyvonne Blackburn. He is survived by his wife Lori Blair, sons, Justin Blair, and Brandon Blair of Garland, Grandchildren, Owen Blair and Kylee Blair of Garland, Brothers, Mitchell Blair of Kaufman, TX and Diron Blackburn of Missouri City, TX, Mother and “Pops”, Wesley and Wyvonne Blackburn of Garland, TX, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins, and a multitude of Friends. He is preceded in death by his Grandparents on both sides, his Father, Jerry Blair, his two Sisters, Malinda Blair and Shelly Jay, Aunts, and Uncles. He loved his family, was a loyal friend, and loved all things about cars but his passion was his Corvette race car, “Snow White”. Through the years he had several different race cars but he always kept his Corvette and he could fix any kind of car and wanted his cars to “look good”. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. The service for Richard will be held on Wednesday, December, 20, 2017 at 11:00 AM in Restland Memorial Chapel with Interment following in Wildwood Garden at Restland Memorial Park.
