BLANC, SR., RICHARD THOMAS SR. Born July 2, 1938 in Warsaw, New York and passed away February 15, 2012 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by brother, William Blanc and survived by wife, Katherine Eddy Blanc; children, Richard T. Blanc, II, Dr. Douglas A. Blanc, Sr.; 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; sister, Maxyne Slocum; brothers, James (Darlene) Blanc, Robert (Toni) Blanc; and sister-in-law, Jean Blanc. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm, Friday, February 17th at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 12:30pm, Saturday, February 18th at Restland Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Laborers Together (Evangelistic Ministry), 10 Fifth Ave., Gloversville, NY 12078.
