He was born on Sunday, August 24, 1952, to his loving and thoughtful parents, J Neville Chalk and Jane Roundtree in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Richard Franklin Chalk will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.He was a musician , Record Producer.He is survived by his sister Jane Evelyn Chalk Davis, his nephew Michael Vincent Davis and his love Sirima ChalkVisitation for Mr. Richard Franklin Chalk will be held on Friday, September 27, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home.
