Rick was very helpful at Woodrow PTA and Band Boosters. We often volunteered together at concession stands at games and concerts to earn money for the band. He was always helpful. Very sorry for the loss of Rick. He led my sons Brian and Michael to achieve their Eagle rank and led me as I helped the boys at Scouting functions and campouts. Always thoughtful, caring and patient, Rick taught the boys how to work though challenges, persevere and achieve their goals. In the process, he also taught me how to be a better parent and better person. I was honored to be part of the Troop 64 experience and grateful to have known Rick. May God bless him and his family.
