Richard & Gayle Park's Obituary
Gayle Anna Foster Park (born 4/14/46) and Richard William Park (born 11/25/41) passed away within 12 hours of each other (Gayle 2/22/18 Richard 2/23/18). They were together when they passed from this earth and were then joined together again in their great heavenly mansion to live eternally with our Lord Jesus Christ.Gayle graduated from Woodrow Wilson H.S. and Richard graduated from Hillcrest H.S. They both attended the University of North Texas. Gayle and Richard were married on March 26, 1967 at Westminster Presbyterian Church and recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 2017.Gayle is preceded in death by parents Frank and Princess Foster and Richard was preceded in death by James and Wadine Pigg. They are survived by their four children who loved them dearly, Tami Nutt and husband Charles David, Rachel Hudson and husband Jerry, Derek Park and wife Lesha and their two children, Kenedy & Kason, David Park and wife Vanessa and their two children, Zoe & Bella; Gayle’s sisters, Nancy Brewer and husband Terry and their two children, Scarlet and Travis, Lana Gerwig and husband Hans and their daughter Karli, and countless wonderful friends including Gayle’s lifelong best friend, Fredia Burns.Pallbearers are Derek Park, David Park, Kason Park, Charles David Nutt, Jerry Hudson, and Travis Brewer. Pastor officiating is Luis Jule, Sr. Visitation is Thursday, March 1st at 6-8 p.m. Memorial Service is Friday, March 2nd at 11 a.m. Restland Funeral Home 13005 Greenville Avenue Dallas, TX 75243
