Richard was a really good man, a family man and a funny guy. He and I were “outsiders” in a Hispanic family (being white guys) and we found each other at family events and became good friends. I loved hearing his police stories and the stories about the people he came across.He will be sorely missed and I will always remember the good times we shared!
