Richard and his wife Janiece spent their retirement years traveling the country in their RV where they developed many lifelong friendships. They also loved attending yearly reunions with shipmates from Richard’s time in the Navy. Richard’s life was centered around his very large family. He and Janiece always made time for their numerous siblings, in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Richard spent his final months watching his great grandson, Carter, and his teammates from the TTC Kings play baseball. He loved watching them grow and develop from T-Ball to 7UAAA Champions.
