Debbie & Andy, I am so sorry for your loss. I learned so much from Rick and he was a mentor and a big part of my life for the twelve years I worked with him. His sarcastic humor coupled with his irascible nature endeared him to everyone he worked with. What I always heard was "you always knew where you stood" with Rick good or bad and people really appreciated his direct and honest approach. I will see y'all at the service and will personally convey my condolences.
My condolences to Mrs. Kass, During this time of great sorrow, may it comfort you to know that others are deeply touched by your loss. I too know the pain of losing someone dear. Even though our hearts are broken, rest assure that our Grand Creator cares about you personally (1Peter5:7) and can help you though this difficult time. Revelation 21:4 speaks of a time soon when God will do away with death forever. There will be no more sorrow, heartache, or pain.
