From Shawn Kieley- My best memory is when he was working at the driving range and I used to tag along and help out. We got to spend time working, laughing, getting stuff done and he always set a high standard. He always said you don't have a second chance to make a good first impression and then it falls back to consistency. I would watch him consistently work at that driving range. I've always felt appreciative of that because it's followed me throughout life. Even when I was in the military I used to outwork a lot of people who just wanted to scrape by rather than keep a high standard for the work. This gave me peaceful rest for doing an honest day's work.
