Richard Jeffery Ondo's Obituary
ONDO, RICHARD J. , age 42 of Dallas, TX died on Monday, November 8, 2011. He was born February 25, 1969, in Pittsburgh, PA, to Robert Ondo and the late Anna May Ondo. He attended North Hills High School and the University of Pittsburgh. Rick enjoyed reading, art (drawing), history, sports, the Steeler’s, and the Rolling Stones. He currently worked at TopGolf Dallas. During his time in Pittsburgh and Dallas, Rick touched the lives of countless people through his kindness, generosity, loving personality, and most of all his smile. He was a best friend, brother, son, nephew and so much more and will forever be missed. Rick is survived by his loving father, Robert; brothers, Rob and Ron; aunt and “second mom”, Jean along with his “third brother” cousin, Chris. He is further survived by his adored girlfriend Darcey, along with his nephew, niece, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and countless friends. Memorial service will be held 12:00pm, Saturday, November 19th, at Restland Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 9am-12:00pm prior to the service at the chapel. A celebration of life reception will be held at TopGolf Dallas, 8787 Park Lane in Dallas. The family wishes to thank the owners, management, and staff of TopGolf Dallas for their overwhelming generosity in hosting the reception.
