You and Richard were great friends to me in years past and I've always had a soft spot in my heart for both of you. This is Frank of GWCC Transport. I met Richard through his love of fine cars and adventures. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. My heart goes out to all who love him. In the few brief moments I was able to share with him and his friends over the years, I knew he was a very beautiful soul. One of very few people of whom I had instant respect. I found him caring, loving, playful and very respectful of others. From reading your wonderful words about his life and by having the opportunity to learn more about him, I see that my respect for him was well placed. Thank you for contacting me and providing me with a forum to pay my respects. I am very sorry he is gone. The world needs more people like Richard. I am truly grateful that I was able to share a small part of Richard's passion for life. I will truly miss him.

My heartfelt condolences to Janice & the entire family. In the decade of having known "RR", as we affectionately dubbed him, there was never a big smile missing on his kind face! Mrs. Carol Lam used to call Richard "one of her guardian angles" watching over her & the family & the business. We were blessed indeed to have him in our lives, not only as a business partner, but also as a friend. I suppose he will still be watching over us – just from a much better vantage point! There are not enough words that can describe how Richard has impacted my life these past 7 years. I truly belive the Lord had his hands in our meeting and my becoming part of his team and his family. Janice also welcomed myself and my daughter Haley into their family with open arms.
