Richard Christopher Scott Jacobs, born June 12, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio to Richard Dennis and Carolyn Lee (Frost) Jacobs, passed away October 15, 2009. Surviving Scott are his daughter, Jade Jacobs; son, Christopher Scott Jacobs; granddaughter, Elyse Wahl; mother, Carolyn Lowry and husband Dennis; father, Richard Jacobs; brothers, Rod Ochs, Paul Colston, Robert Hubbard, and Charles Hubbard; sister, Malissa Blakely and Ashley Lowry; grandmother, Charlene Frost; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Scott was preceded in death by his son, Richard Christopher Scott Jacobs, II. The family will receive visitors from noon until 3:00 pm, Monday, October 19, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home, and again from 9:00 am until 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 20, 2009. A graveside service in Scott’s honor will be held at 12:00 pm, Tuesday, in Restland Memorial Park.
