Richard Carranza Segura Born May 11, 1927 in San Antonio, Texas passed away on April 18, 2011 in Garland, Texas. He is survived by his loving wife Nora Ybarra Segura, daughter Olivia Segura-Gregory, grandsons Joe Edward Zapata, Jr. and wife Shanna, Michael Anthony Perez, and Mason Richard Gregory, great-grandson Joe Edward Zapata, III. Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 24, 2011 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Monday, April 25, 2011 at 10:00AM at Good Shepherd Catholic Church of Garland. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park with Military Honors and Masonic Services.
