I met Rick when I was 15yrs old, he was a deputy sheriff he wrote me a ticket. Then told me how to beat it. we have been the best of friends for 43 yrs now. His humor and crazy stories Is what I will miss most. He said many times he was born a 150 years to late. He loved the wild west,I know you and Snuffy are back together again, his favorite horse, with rooster and buck his loyal dogs riding off into the sunset together. He was a hard man, but always fair. I saw and knew Rick, he had a tender side very few ever knew. Chief I will miss you very much, I was honored to know you and call you my friend. Watch over us and we will see you again someday. I am thankful for having known the Chief. He had a great sense of humor and uncanny knack for telling a good story. He was a man of principal and a devoted friend. He will certainly be missed by those who were close to him. God bless your soul forever, Rick!
