Ricky Franklin Lovelady, age 66, of Plano, Texas passed away on February 24, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on December 1, 1952 to Weldon and Lanelle Lovelady in Clarendon, Texas. Ricky proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. After serving the Marine Corps, Ricky was also in the law enforcement for 20 years.He is survived by his daughter, Rebecca McDermott of Indialantic, Florida; sister, Sandra Durten of Plano, Texas; niece, Selale Durten of Plano, Texas; nephew, Kevin Durten of Plano, Texas; and one grandchild. Ricky is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Ronald Lovelady.No services have been scheduled thru Restland.Funeral arrangements for Mr. Ricky Franklin Lovelady have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
