Rest in peace my sweet friend. I will cherish the memories of our shared meals and conversations at Catfish Cove and you telling me about sitting on the end of your bed so you could watch my grandchildren play outside. We will miss you. Judy Tripp, Tabby, Nick, Noah and Gracie Talley.
Rita and I are cousins of sorts. I never met her in person but wrote by regular mail and then by e mail for many , many years, we talked by phone a lot and she helped me do my family tree stuff and she did it right. She and I and many others shared our research with each other. Even after she did not use the computer much I always sent her some stuff, some silly and some good and she told me many times she appreciated keeping her in the loop. I will miss the Christmas Cards , some with notes. I will always remember times I sent her some stuff on our family tree and it was not quite correct —– she had a way of correcting me in a gentle but firm way.
