Rita Elaine Hanger's Obituary
Hanger, Rita Elaine was born on February 25, 1930 in Swickley, Pennsylvania, passed away on February 21, 2013 in Plano, Texas after a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Max and Sara Steiner and her brother, Edward. She is survived by her husband, David; sons Stephen, Lawrence, Howard and their spouses, Linda, Lisa and Kristin; her grandchildren James, Russell, Audrey, Benjamin, Anna and Ryan and numerous nieces and nephews. Special thanks to her loving caregivers, Mattie McGuire, Lorraine Foster and Rosemary Warden. She will be missed by all who knew her. Services will be held at 10 AM on Monday, February 25, 2013 at Restland Wildwood Chapel in Dallas, Texas with internment at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the charity of your choice.
