Robbie Leonard Cook, 91, of Dallas, Texas passed away Thursday, October 18, 2018. He was born in Weston, Texas on May 24, 1927 to Jesse Cecil Cook and Sadie Jenetta Brown.Robbie married Mary Alice Tillerson on March 2, 1946 in Collin County, Texas. Robbie and Mary were married for 72 years which created a rich family legacy. Robbie was promoted several times while working in the banking industry. He was the real estate banker, involved in the selling of South Fork of the TV Series – Dallas. Robbie and Mary were active members of Colonial Baptist Church.Robbie is survived by his loving wife Mary Alice Cook, of Dallas, Texas, daughters, Carolyn Southerland and husband David, Diane Thomas and husband P.D., and Brenda Kirby and husband Gary, 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. All who have been blessed to know him well cherish the memories of his Strength, Love and Moral Guidance.Funeral Services will be held Sunday, October 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., at Restland Funeral Home, Wildwood Chapel. Visitation will be held Sunday one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Garden of Valley View at Restland Memorial Park.
