ARMSTRONG, ROBERT SPAINE was born on August 10, 1924 in Bedford, Indiana to Spaine and Mary Armstrong, passed away on August 24, 2010 in Athens, Texas. Robert is survived by his wife: Helen; children: Michael Armstrong and his wife, Elke; Catherine Fleming and her husband, Rohn; Judith Christiansen and her husband, James; Robert Armstrong and his wife, Alta; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, August 27, 2010 at Restland’s Abbey Chapel. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 8900 John W. Carpenter Frwy., Dallas, TX 75247.
