RAWLINS, JR., ROBERT E. (Bob) age 93, lifetime resident of Dallas County Texas, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas retiree, WWII U.S. Navy veteran, hunter, fisherman, loving husband and father passed away December 13,2016. Preceded in death by his wife Juanita Rawlins and brother Bill Rawlins, he is survived by son, Clayton Rawlins and wife Patricia; granddaughter, Kristina Rawlins; grandson, Timothy Rawlins; sister in law Lois Rawlins; brother in law Bill Young and wife Wanda; and 3 nieces. Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 17,2016 at 11 AM at Restland Memorial Park, Dallas Texas. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Chapel of the Cross, 4333 Cole Ave., Dallas, TX 75205 or your favorite charity in Bob’s memory.
