Bowen.Robert is survived by his wife, Charlotte S. Bowen; sons, David E. Bowen and Stephen D. Bowen; sisters, Mary Naes and Emma Louise McNeil; grandsons, Patrick D. Bowen and Austin Bowen; granddaughter, Addy Bowen; three great-grand children and numerous nieces and nephews.The visitation for Robert will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on September 04, 2019 at Restland Funeral Home.The graveside service for Robert will be at 11:00 AM on September 4, 2019 in Restland Cemetery in Section Y.Funeral Arrangements have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery.
