Robert Charles Brockman's Obituary
Robert Charles Brockman, age 72, of Mesquite, Texas, went home to be with the Lord on October 17, 2025.
Robert was a lifelong resident of Mesquite and a faithful member of Anchor Baptist Church, where he served and worshiped faithfully. He worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Dallas College until his retirement, where he was known for his integrity, diligence, and kindness toward his colleagues.
In addition to his professional life, Robert was an avid Amateur Radio Operator, known by his call sign W5TXN, and enjoyed connecting with fellow hams across the airwaves.
Robert is survived by his nephew, Barrett Villiers; his niece, Alicia Villiers Foster; great-nieces Choice Foster, Aynnessa Foster, and Hannah Villiers; great-nephews Joshua Villiers, Kaiden Villiers, and Aric Foster and brother-in-law Alan Villiers. He will be missed by his family, friends, and church community.
A service to celebrate Robert’s life will be at 1:00pm on Friday October 24 at Anchor Baptist Church, 1212 S. Belt Line Rd. in Mesquite, Texas 75149.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Youth Ministry of Anchor Baptist Church, Mesquite, Texas.
