Robert "MightyDog", I truly believe that we were cut from the same cloth. You heart was bigger than the world. I will never forget the first time we met, and being able to share some great stories and create that memory. Rest in peace my friend. Taken too soon. To Roberts family, peace be with you all. I can't imagine the void left by losing such a great person. Sending love and light your way.
Those who knew Robert well, knew there was quite a bit of 'depth' to him. It has been several years since we did this, as life changed for both of us some time back, but he and I used to become involved in late-night, in-depth discussions by email. I thoroughly enjoyed discovering that side of him, and miss those conversations. Rest in peace, Mightydog.
I met Mightydog several years ago in Baton Rouge. We stuck up a friendship at the Volusia run for Rick. The Lord has brought another angel home! RIP my friend and know we all were inspired by your kindness and friendship.
Robert, the world is a darker place without you in it. I love and miss you brother.
My heart now has a giant hole in it.

Robert, you were my best friend, my brother, and I don’t know how this dark world will survive without you and your wisdom you so willingly shared. We rode a few miles together on our motorcycles, we laughed together, and had some deep discussions.
I could always count on you. You came into my life after I had a serious accident and you helped in any way you could. You rode about 10 hours on your motorcycle your motorcycle you affectionately called Betty just to meet me and bring me some money you had raised on the Volusia Riders web site.
We instantly hit it off and became brothers, attending rallies together and sometimes just us hanging out on my porch which you loved.
I will never get over suddenly losing you and a piece of my heart went with you.
I will see you again one day when my time comes, so be waiting with the bikes shined up and ready to ride.
I love you buddy and will miss you as long as I live.
Robert, you were the best brother I could ever ask for. You have always been there for me, my whole life. Always at the ready if I needed any help. When Mom got sick you really stepped up, above and beyond. I know you questioned a few times that Daddy would have been disappointed in you, and I can say with certainty, he would have been so proud of you, in everything you’ve done, and how you have helped and touched so many lives. I am so grateful to have called you brother. I will miss your laugh and sense of humor most of all, but I have those memories to last me a lifetime. I love you! Take care of Momma, Daddy and my Jason until we see you again.
