Robert "Bob" Davis Burton's Obituary
BURTON, ROBERT “BOB” DAVIS born Nov. 5, 1937 in Scurry, TX and passed away April 6, 2014 in Plano, TX. Bob graduated from Adamson High School in 1956 and attended Texas A&M and graduated from UTA. He retired from Commercial Fire Protection Business. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Eula Burton; brother, Don Burton; and first wife, Judy Kay Burton. Bob is survived by his wife, Janice Burton; son and daughter-in-law, Lou and Gwynne Hulcy; daughter and son-in-law, Carrie and Bruce Becker; stepdaughter and husband, Kirsten and Craig Love; stepson, Mitch Call; grandchildren, Nathan and Carla Hulcy, Amanda and Mackenzie Becker, and Brennan Love; brother, Gene Burton and sister, Jackie Allen. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Restland Wildwood Chapel with visitation 1 hour prior at the chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Lymphoma Research.
