Robert John Nash's Obituary
Robert John Nash, age 86, went to be with the Lord on February 20th, 2025. The son of Alexander and Seraphina " Effie" Nash, Robert was born in Bronx, NY and raised in Long Island, NY. Robert was employed by Swissair Airlines in reservations and then spent 34 years in sales, including corporate, commercial and cargo air transportation. With great professional skills and knowledge, he also led agent tours for Switzerland familiarity. He resided in Texas since 1985 and was the representative for the Swissair D/FW territory. He is survived by his wife Jeanne Swindell Nash and children Summer Frederick, Valerie Stilwell, Karen Bezanson, James Nash, Jennifer Gallenek and multiple grandchildren. Robert has passion for travel, viola and classical music, food and customs from around the world, and family. His wide range of interest and knowledge of other peoples, cultures and history was greatly admired. He played viola with the Long Island Symphony, served in the Air Force in air- flight refueling, led tours in Switzerland and Austria, served in multiple service organizations, did purchasing for GSC and Marketing/ purchasing for just for you by Jeanne catering. His memory will remain with us, and he will be forever missed.
