Robert William O'Toole's Obituary
O’Toole, Robert (Bob) William was born on September 30, 1914 in Bronx, New York and passed away September 14, 2010 in Dallas, Texas. He went to work for the J.C. Penney Company where he met and married Marie. They traveled to 48 states teaching a course for Penney’s, until his retirement at the age of 60. They lived in Hot Springs, Arkansas and Hide-A-Way Lake enjoying their hobbies. After Marie, his wife of 62 years, passed Bob moved to the Presbyterian Village North in Dallas, Texas. Bob was also preceded in death by his parents, Hue and Irene O’Toole; and brother, Richard O’Toole. Bob is survived by his daughter, Maureen Shafer; granddaughter, Stacy Aven and her husband, Jim; and great-grandchildren, Jackson and Sydney. Visitation will be held from 7:00 to 8:30 PM Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at Restland Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 3:30 PM Thursday, September 16, 2010 in the library of Presbyterian Village North in Dallas, Texas.
