Bob and I shared hair appointment times every 4th Friday over the last 1 1/2 years. I loved getting to know him, he was such a gentleman and good friend. Always good for a great joke! I looked forward to our Friday morning appointments together and will miss him terribly. Carolyn Fackler

I met Bob and Irene in Cancun in 2004 and we have remained friends ever since. With both my parents gone, they became my extended family and very good friends. Living through Hurricane Wilma together brought us even closer. I have NEVER met kinder or more loving people that Bob and Irene. I can still remember Bob occasionally yelling out "I LOVE MY WIFE!" and what a love they did share. Bob and Irene had an attachment to the Royal Mayan in Cancun and after a lot of coaxing, they agreed to join us at VCI in May. Now they have an even bigger Cancun family! I feel honored to have known and loved Bob and Irene. I know how much he missed the love of his life, Irene, and feel better knowing they are once again together and without pain.
