Robert W. Pharr, 85, of Allen, Tx passed away Monday, September 18, 2017.Robert William Pharr was born May 10, 1932 to Robert and Grace (Kogel) Pharr in Norfolk, VA. He married Virginia Barnett on August 7, 1976 in San Diego, CA. Robert was employed at San Diego Gas and Electric for 20 years, an owner of Quality Energy Systems for 7 years, and owner of Robert Pharr & Associates from 1992-2007. He was also a member of the church of Christ at Campbell Road, Garland, Tx. He took great pleasure in helping others and served as a mentor to many young people. Robert will be missed by all who knew him.He is survived by his wife, Virginia Barnett Pharr; daughters, Deborah Pharr Morris, Leslie Ritchie, Julia Jewell; sons, Mark Pharr, Steve Pharr; grandchildren, Tammi, Shannon, Andrew, Trevor, Clayton, Ronnie, Megan, Beau, Bennett, Rebecca; and four great- granchildren.
