Robert Place Jr., 80, of Garland passed away Monday July 27, 2015. He was born September 23, 1934 in Wabash, Indiana to the late Robert S. Place and the late Josephine Place. He is survived by his wife Betty Croley Place of Garland, son Robert R. Place (DeAnn) of Plano, grandson, Rollin Place, of Plano, brother Michael Place (Laurie) of Peru, Indiana and sister, Patricia Fouts (Charles) of Seymour, Indiana and many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Funeral services will be held on August 1, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Wildwood Chapel, Restland Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
