PURKISS, ROBERT THOMAS born February 15, 1921 in Elgin, Illinois has passed away June 1, 2013 in Arlington, Texas. Preceded in death by his daughter, Bettye Lou Thielen. Robert is survived by his wife, Mildred Purkiss; sons, Robert Thomas Jr., Russell Grieve Purkiss; daughters, Mary Margaret Alavi-Sereshki, Sue Ellen Purkiss; 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Service will be held Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
