Dear Family, I was sorry to learn of the death of such a valued and loved family member. During a time such as this those who care wish to do something to ease the pain that is unlike any other. My family also experienced such a loss and because we received comfort from others, I wanted to bring a measure of comfort to others who have lost loved ones to our common enemy, death.(1 Corinthians 15,26) The best comfort comes from the book of truth, God's word, the Bible. Our Creator cares for us as 1 Peter 5:7 states. He also has seen humans experience the horrendous pain that the death of one's loved ones can cause. Such was the case with the righteous man Job who lost 10 children in death all at one time! Yet Job expressed hope of seeing his loved ones again.(Job 14:14,15) Jesus stated at John 5:28,29 that there will be a resurrection in the future. Also, God promised at Revelation 21:3,4 that one day death, pain, tears and sorrow will be gone. I sincerely hope that this condolence will help to bring your family a measure of comfort, hope and peace during this time.
