Robert Royal Richardson III's Obituary
Robert Royal Richardson III “Robby” joined our Lord on January 28, 2017, at the age of 38. Robert is survived by his daughter, Emerson Rose, parents, Robert and Deborah Richardson of Plano, TX; sister, Shannon Moore and husband Bobby of Plano, TX, sister Shalon Morris and husband Michael of Richardson, TX, twin sister Bresha Richardson of Richardson, TX, and sister Breann Richardson of Plano, TX, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and close family friends. He is preceded in death by grandparents Robert Royal Richardson I and Mary Lorraine (Fitzsimmons) Richardson, and George Woodard House and Estelle Venure (Roberson) House, and aunt Lisa Diane (House) Whipple. Robert narrowly beat his twin sister to this earth by four minutes on September 30, 1978 in Aurora, IL. He attended St. Gregory the Great Catholic School in San Antonio, TX through elementary school and graduated from Boerne High School in Boerne, TX in 1997. Robert attended Texas State Technical College and was an accomplished ‘jack-of-all-trades’ who could often be found tinkering on a car or motorcycle, air conditioner or working on any number of other projects. He was a kind individual who was always willing to help someone in need and had an extreme love of animals. He enjoyed listening to live music, going to NASCAR races with his dad and spending time with his friends, but most of all he loved his family. Robert’s proudest accomplishment was becoming a father and he lit up every time he spoke about his daughter Emerson. He relished his moments with her and enjoyed teaching her to fish, explore the great outdoors and to enjoy the simple things in life. Above all, Robert will be remembered for his big heart and extreme wit. He was easily one of the funniest people in any room and kept those who knew him in stitches much of the time. A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for Saturday, February 11 at 9:30 am at Narrow Trail Cowboy Church/Love and War in Texas – 601 East Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074 with a reception to follow. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Robert’s life. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a fund that has been established for Emerson at https://www.gofundme.com/RobertRichardsonFund. Memorial arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas, 75243
