Waters, Robert Jarrell ~ 72, went home with the Lord. He attended Woodrow Wilson H.S. and graduated in ’57. He worked for DPL for 35 years. Survived by father, Herman Waters; sister, Alice Ryan and husband Keith; niece, Katherine Brooks; great nephews, William Brooks and Zachary Brooks; best friend, Lonnie Paul Meyers; and many friends.
