Roberta Louise Wildrick's Obituary
WILDRICK, ROBERTA, was born June 21, 1920 in Chicago, Illinois to Robert and Mabel Geraghty and passed on May 14, 2007 in Dallas, Texas. Roberta was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Roberta is survived by her husand Bob of almost 65 years; son, Robert Wildrick of Palm Beach, Fl; son, William Wildrick and wife Mary of Snohomish, Wa; daughter, Judith and husband Harry DeOld of Washington, Vt; son in law, Steven Kirkbride of Oconomowoc, Wi; daughter, Jana and husband Royce Wisenbaker, Jr. of Tyler, Tx; daughter, Holly and husband Jeff Tevonian of Garland, Tx; grandchildren, Shannon Wildrick, Jennifer Wildrick, Billie Wildrick, Willow Falkenbush, Brooke Brown, Lindsay DeOld, Andrew Kirkbride, Kelly Kirkbride, Carrie Konopacki, Robbie Kirkbride, Royce Wisenbaker, III, Gena Wisenbaker, Brian Wisenbaker, Melissa Wisenbaker, Casey Tevonian, Robert Tevonian; & 6 great-grand children. Roberta was predeceased by her daughter Robin Kirkbride, parents Mabel and Robert Geraghty, sister Mabel Geraghty, and brother Buddy Geraghty. Roberta and her husband Bob loved to travel and had visited and vacationed in many exotic destinations throughout the world. While living on the East Coast Roberta especially enjoyed the theatre, working at Meadowbrook Dinner Club, going to Broadway shows, performing, producing, and directing with the local drama group “Playcrafters”. She was also an active Real Estate Agent with The Bradshaw Realty Company of Asbury Park N.J. Later Roberta and Bob moved to Tyler, Texas where they owned and operated the woman’s clothing store “Holly’s Hanger”. Outside of her active work life Roberta was an avid tennis player, she played in a local league and tournaments well into her seventies. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 18, 2007 at Restland Funeral Home – Greenville Ave. Dallas, TX. (972)238-7111.
