Robie Floyd Shull's Obituary
SHULL, ROBIE FLOYD age 81, of Mesquite, Texas, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2013 at home. He was born on May 23, 1932 in Myrtle Point, Oregon to Roland Shull and Betty (Kowan) Shull. He married Frances Chapman in Texas on September 4, 1993. He graduated from San Francisco State in 1958. He served in the Air Force for 4 years, a veteran of the Korean war earning military honors. He was a resident of Mesquite, Texas for 21 years. He was employed by the State of Texas as an Social Service supervisor for 21 years. Robie was a member of Kiwanis. He enjoyed crossword puzzles, watching Cowboy and Ranger games and genealogy research. Robie will be remembered by his loving wife of 20 years, Frances Shull; daughters, Terry (Mitchell) Radicioni and Tonia (James) Goodwin; stepdaughter, Carolyn Long; stepson, Tommy (Sue) Long; brother, Ron Shull; sister, Jan (John) Sugrue; 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:00PM – 8:00PM, Thursday, July 25, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM, Friday, July 26, 2013 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
