Dear Marge, Sheila, Valerie and Vanessa, We are heartbroken for you and the grief and sadness you are feeling with Rodney's passing. (Grachel — I haven't met you, but hope to soon. I'm so sorry for all you went through.) I pray that you find peace in the coming days, weeks and months, but I understand your grief so very personally. We will miss Rodney. He created a lifetime of memories for you and though there's fog right now and you're just putting one foot in front of the other, eventually the memories will emerge and I encourage you all to try to put those memories, pictures and happy times first in your minds. Marge: This is a club that no mother applies for membership in and I'm devastated that you're joining me. It was good to talk to you today. Please call if you just want to talk it out or scream, cry, grieve. Sheila: I'll talk to you again soon. Know that your Tucson family is thinking of you and we all love you. Rodney was truly a special person and just think of all the family members who've gone before us who greeted him in Heaven. My Dad and Jared, I know, joined Rodney's grandparents (Lynell!) with HUGE smiles. He'll never suffer another seizure. He's absolutely perfect. And eventually, we'll all be together again. How many memories (plus the births of the Sondra and the twins) did we create in Japan! Please take care of yourselves and we'll check in on you! Sheri (Farrington) Hill Jeannie and Sondra Farrington

We are NEVER ever ready to say good bye to someone we love. It is so hard to think of going on with out them. It hurts more than words can express. My heart reaches out to the family. I did not know Rodney, but I know Sheila and Jared and have met Chris once. May the Lord hold you in his arms right now as you begin this grieving process. I know each of you is comforted at the thought that you know Rodney had a personal relationship with Jesus and that the Lord has called him to his forever HOME. Take care of each other and know the Steve and Lisa Foster Family cares for you very much.
