Roger was born October 24, 1953 in Paris, Texas and passed away September 11, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by step-father, Clyde Gibson and grand parents. Survived by wife, Janice Johnson; son, Nicholas Johnson and wife, Kathleen; mother, Bobbye Gibson; father, Joe Max Johnson and wife, Jan; brother, Charlie Johnson and wife, Sue; sisters, Joann Johnson, Diana Roggenbuck and husband, Mark; Melissa Miller and husband, Mitch; nieces, Christi Roggenbuck, Hannah Miller; aunt Ethel Shed and husband, Herbert; and many beloved family and friends. Family will receive friends from 11am to 1pm, Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside Service will follow at 1pm in Restland Memorial Park, Garden of Prayer. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
