Roger S Williams' Obituary

Roger Williams passed away on August 24th, 2024, at the age of 62. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri on October 16th, 1961, to Ben and Madge Williams. He had an interest in technology from an early age which led to a successful career in the computer science field before his disability from a back injury.
In 1985, Roger married the love of his life, Kathy. They had two children, Amber Davis and James Williams and he was expecting his first grandchild in September 2024. He loved spending time with his family, especially his children. He was a kind and generous individual who enjoyed helping others.
Roger was preceded in death by his father, Ben Williams. He is survived by his wife Kathy Williams, his daughter Amber Davis and son James Williams, his mother Madge Williams, his sisters Meg Sherard and Kathy Hiatt, and many nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed but the love he shared will continue to live on in our memories forever.
The funeral is scheduled for Thursday September 5th at 2pm at Restland Cemetery in Dallas and visiting hours will precede the ceremony the same day at 1pm. The family invites attendees to wear Roger’s favorite color to the ceremony, blue. Dave Bradley will officiate the ceremony.
