Romayne Washington's Obituary
WASHINGTON, ROMAYNE Born October 21, 1919 in Plano, TX. She was the third of eight children born to the parentage of Willie James & Zana Violet Washington. Romayne as she was affectionately called, received her formal education in the Plano Schools. She worked at Nardis of Dallas until her retirement. On March 2, 1942 Romayne married James Washington who preceded her in death. To this union Pauline Washington was born. Romayne departed this life December 3, 2011. She will be greatly missed by her daughter and a host of family members and friends. Visitation will be held at Restland Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 from 6:30 to 8:00pm. Funeral services will be held at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Plano on December 8, 2011 at 11:00 am.
