DALLAS, TX- Dallas. Rose Ellen Morgan., 91, passed away peacefully at 3:21 am on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at her home in Dallas, Texas. Rose Ellen Morgan was born on Monday, August 23, 1926, to her loving and thoughtful parents in Sayer, OK. Rose Ellen Morgan was preceded in death by her first husband Lionel E McConnel, second husband Robert Morgan, son Steven McConnel and daughter Sharon McConnel. She is survived by, daughter Patti Porter husband Albert Porter, grandsons Chris Werley wife Stephanie Worley, John Porter wife Kensey Porter, Scott Werley, Shawn McConnell, numerous great grandchildren and sister-in-law Mary Scott. The family request that visiting hours be observed at Restland Funeral Home from 6:30 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday May 28, 2018. A graveside funeral service for Rose will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday May 29, 2018, at the Restland Cemetery. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243, (972-238-7111).
